  I'm pretty sure the employees here are having a fun time playing with the contents of my package since it's yet to leave their facility after three days. I've just about had it with USPS. If your package comes here, sorry, but you won't be seeing it ever again.

  Package with $3000 value lost here. Got in touch with a supervisor who is going to look into the whereabouts of the package. Will update status for others who are experiencing issues. Update-Got in touch with support on USPS main support line. They told me they were contacting this facility to try and find my package and that it should be to me by Monday 4/3/17. Package has been stuck at this facility since 3/20/17. I'm starting to lose hope on it. 4/5 no updates nothing. Received my package nearly a month late but it was found and everything was inside of it. Very happy.

  I just hung up after waiting ten minutes for someone to answer the phone. I did get an automated response quickly that said "transferring to an attendant" - no one answered. I'm am trying to find a valuable collection of books that were misrouted by this Center to the wrong PO. That PO put the package back in the "mail stream" but there is no tracking activity on that - not sure why. This is the worst experience I've had with the postal service(?). I remember the days when they were trusted to handle the Hope Diamond. I hope my books are not lost given other reviews which say happens a lot from this facility.
