- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I was forced out of my apartment when the city closed it due to condemnation. I walked into HAP they told me once I found a apartment to come to them to start the process of there Services . If you do your part with making sure you have all the documents they ask you to provide they do there part . I had everything they asked for on hand same date as appt . About 2 weeks later I moved into my new apartment with there help with last,first and security deposit . Plus I qualified for there Raff services and they are helping in paying my rent for a few months ! Thank you for your help and services . You work with them by doing your end , and they work with you to make sure you get into your new place and help in services you qualify for .By evelyn torres, December 13, 2016
